Every order is packed by hand in Brisbane and sent Australia wide. Flat rate postage, free once you're buying four or more, and a straight answer if anything goes wrong.

Dispatch
Orders are packed and posted from Brisbane. We dispatch on business days — if you order on a weekend or public holiday it goes out the next business day. Market weekends can add a day, and we'll tell you if anything is held up.
Delivery times
Once your parcel leaves us it's in the hands of the carrier, so we don't quote guaranteed delivery windows. Metro deliveries are usually quick and regional and remote addresses take longer. You'll get tracking as soon as the label is created so you can follow it yourself.
How we pack
Every jar and bottle is glass, so orders are wrapped individually and packed snug in a box. Our products are shelf stable and cooked in the jar, so no cold chain or refrigeration is needed in transit — even through an Australian summer.
Damaged in transit
Glass occasionally loses an argument with a parcel network. If your order turns up damaged, email us a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. No arguing, no forms.

Rather skip postage? Buy in person. Our stockists page lists every shop and market stall carrying us, updated as things change.
International
We currently ship within Australia only.
Something not right?
Email us with your order number and a photo if it's a damage claim. We read every one ourselves.
